Mar 24,2020Such great service all around from Jo and the team! Hired a capsule and had it installed and explained to us, also purchased a bassinet which they sourced for me and then started stocking. This was above and beyond what I expected and saved me hundreds of dollars in postage if I had to buy from the city or other states. Amazing service will go back for any other baby need.

Mar 24,2020During our maternity trip across Australia we made use of the hire for baby three times in total, first in Melbourne, then Hobart and finally Perth, as the service turned out to be super convenient, great communication with all branches, top car seat and stroller quality and perfect delivery service to both car and camper hire agencies. Everything ready to go when we came! Prices for the same product varied though from branch to branch and I wished we could’ve always paid via PayPal rather than sharing credit card details via email. All in all a perfect service which eased our travels with a baby tremendously!

Amazing! Seats looked brand new and exactly what I had ordered, Britax Maxi Guard and Millenia. I highly recommend Hire for baby Maroochydore.

Mar 23,2020Unfortunately, my experience was poor. Contacting the Geelong branch was difficult initially as they were on leave and when I did book, they didn't write my email down correctly, so I didn't have confirmation of booking for a good month or so. Despite regular calls to make sure a booster seat would be available, when it got to 1 day before I was to get the seat, the Geelong branch did not answer and the Werribee branch had to deliver seats too me.
