Fabulous communication and products delivered as requested (rear facing car seat). This was the simplest thing to organise and it was installed in our hire car before we arrived in Darwin - especially helpful since we landed late.

The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars, is because I originally was expecting the restraint fitter to come to us in Katoomba. I was informed someone would be there at 6.30pm on the Wednesday . No one showed up. When I rang frantic because we were picking our family up from the airport, I was told they didn't service Katoomba, even though it was confirmed in writing as to date and time. However Nuran and her husband from Mascot branch saved the situation by coming to us at a Coogee hotel and sorted us out. The professional way they handled it was amazing. Thank you very much.
