Ive used HFB in past with no problems however this office mucked up pickup email , didn't call day before to confirm times of pickup and when we finally arrived to pickup our portacot for our 2 week holiday we found no one there and office closed! Seeing as we were hiring in the busiest 2 week holiday period on the calendar you would think that someone would be at the office on a Saturday or even answer the phone to say the least. We could not get into contact until the Monday and even then after numerous messages left both on phone and email, we had to call them! No formal apology given and no refund offered for the 2 nights of no portatcot for our 1 year old. And they had the nerve to take the money out when I made the booking in early December - not when you pick it up like other holiday hiring companies I've had in the past. Owner spoke over me and was non helpful about it all. Definitely not hiring through this company again whilst on holidays. As they say - cheapest is not always the best!

Also went through the installation process (really handy to know what to do) installed our next car seat and checked our older child’s seat too. Went above and beyond to help, a really lovely experience- thank you!
