May 23,2023Be very careful when you make a purchase. Went to purchase a product from them online. It showed one price but as soon as I got to authorising the payment through PayPal the price jumped up to well above the advertised price.

May 23,2023I bought a Leatherman multi tool from Holland’s Country Clothing. Sadly they have refused to honour the description of the product when I made my purchase 'The Leatherman Skeletool is just what you need for various odd jobs and comes with a sheath for easy carry and storage.' Their customer care have simply refused to honour what was sold to me, they have now updated the description for new users but are continuing to refuse to acknowledge miss selling me this product.

May 22,2023Absolutely fantastic. Ordered the Hoggs of Fife Caledonia Waxed Hat in size S. Arrived within the week, unfortunately, was too small. Used the return form for an exchange, arranged Royal Mail to collect and return, and Hollands sent out exchange in size M. Service was straightforward as that. The product itself, fantastic. Wore the hat on a sunny weekend out and had nothing but compliments. Well-made, high quality for a very, very reasonable price. Highly recommended product and vendor. Service was amazing. Thank you to the customer service team for your assistance.

May 21,2023Purchased the coat for dog walking. It is great quality for the price and very pleased with it. Not tested for waterproofing as yet but little doubt it will fail. Went down a size as reviews suggested it was a generous fit but had to return for my usual size 14, so I would say true to size. Hassle free exchange so no problems there.

May 23,2023I explained that I needed a prompt delivery as the Jack Pyke jacket was for someone who was returning to Australia that weekend. I ordered the jacket around 17.00 on the Tuesday evening by telephone and it was delivered on Thursday morning. It was also the best price for the item online.
