Worst company that I've ever dealt with. I sent an email and got no response, so I called, the person on the phone was short and rude. I tried to get past that and gave him all of my information, he said that he would call back. Two weeks later I had to call them since they never called me. Again, they said they would get back with me. I sent another email and still haven't heard back. This has now been about 5 weeks since I first started trying to work with them. I will never try to give them my money again. I'm surprised they remain in business with this type of service.
BUYERS BEWARE!! I ordered a part online in which they promptly took my money. Received an email the next morning saying the part has shipped. 3 days later the tracking info says a label has been created but hasn’t shipped yet. After numerous attempts to call & email this company I have still gotten no response or update. Filing a claim with CC company today.
After sale service is so bad, when I emailed and called them to ask for return, never got answered and responded.
Product shipped promptly, well-packaged, and as described. Not thrilled with the prices, but that's Clopay's fault for charging over $125 wholesale for decorative inserts that are nothing but very thin pieces of molded plastic that would cost maybe a buck or two apiece in a generic version if such a thing were available. But it's not, so if you have to buy them, this is the place.
I sent pictures for my garage door grills. They sent the wrong ones. They sent replacements, 4 were correct 2 were not. Now they won’t return my emails or send the correct parts. Irritating

I needed a replacement belt drive sprocket for an Overhead Door Legacy 800 door model 2026. Turns out it's the same as a Genie 38416A.S 14-Tooth Belt Sprocket. Moving Up saved me at least $7 on shipping, and yet sent it to me promptly for my successful repair. Good email communications as well--recommended seller!
This company did a wonderful job helping me find the part I needed and sending it quickly. They didn't even charge for shipping, though the part was inexpensive. I haven't had such a great shopping experience in forever. Thanks!

I was unable to contact the company. Tried their toll free number and it was not working. Tried leaving a message through their website and never got a response.
I ordered parts over the weekend. First thing Monday morning got an email that it shipped then no movement for two weeks. I emailed the company about it because they wouldn't answer the phone. The email basically told me that the item was on backorder. When I questioned why they said it was shipped and not on backorder I got a rude response about that's how their system works and if I didn't like it I could cancel my order. Finally got the part two and a half weeks after ordering it. The part works great so far. Don't buy from this company unless you are in no hurry for your parts and want poor customer service.
Purchased a remote from this company via Amazon. They said it was shipped on 3/31/21. The tracking number showed it was accepted on 3/31 in Round Lake, IL. After that, no movement for over two weeks. Finally on the 17th, I contacted Moving Up to see if I could cancel the order. Lo and behold, the package miraculously arrived at Elk Grove Village, IL on Sunday, 3/18 and is scheduled to arrive on the 4/23. Shady, shady company. Purchase from somewhere else. They won't ship until you request a refund. Apparently this is standard practice for them. They have reviews with the same complaints with the BBB and Facebook
I order a part. They told me it shipped on 15 March. When I had not received 25 March I contacted them and their reply was: "We were out of this and finally got some in. The order has been shipped but not scanned by the post office. I agree it isn't the best way to ship but since we are the ones that are paying for the freight it is the least expensive." They pay for shipping? There are other better companies.

I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well. I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.
Do not buy from this company! Ive never had so much difficulty with a company if a package gets lost or sent elsewhere
