Apr 11,2023I have been a regular customer for many years and have not had an issue until it comes to there cookie policy, I like to have the choice of rejecting cookies however they do not appear to give you the option the only way to get to your account or place an order is to Accept all cookies. I did phone to ask why this is the case and no real answer could be given so sorry Holland you have just lost a customer.

Apr 11,2023Ordered a product, got a message saying it hadn't been sent and would be delayed but not specific about how long. I called and Libby sorted out the issue and I have now received the product as time was critical on delivery, happy to say it arrived on time and am happy with my purchase. Had it arrived schedule and without a call from me would have scored it a five However, when things go wrong good communication and prompt dealing with the issue is excellent service.
