Apr 10,2023I ordered a HH adore coat in utility green lovely coat but this colour doesn’t have storm cuffs , they were extremely helpful when I called them with my questions ,but unfortunately I had to send it back because this was the colour I wanted. I sent it back via their Royal Mail print off label handed it in at the Post office it got back super quick the day after they had given me my refund I couldn’t believe how efficient the whole process was , I will be looking on their site to see if I can select another coat. This is the sort of company that are a pleasure to deal with. KT.

Apr 09,2023The jumper is first rate. In fact, My beef is with how the delivery time is represented. It was stated as 2 to 4 working days from despatch. What Hollands do not tell you is that they do not hold the items in their own stock but order them from their supplier when they’ve a number of orders in hand. The delay is much longer than the website leads you to believe.
