This is the worst. A complete sham. Website and customer service says 100% complete home coverage. When I tried to use it after paying for a year there was an extensive list of things NOT covered. How are you 100% home coverage and not cover anything? Complete waste of money.
This company is the worst; they lied to you. I got a home warranty, and when I tried to use it, everything was limited and super expensive compared to others. My biggest mistake was not looking for more home warranty companies.
Informative, not pushy - HOWEVER... Look at your reviews! It looks like you're no better than Choice who you and other salesmen trash... Now I wish I had contacted American Home Shield who appear to be the ONLY reputable Home Warranty Company. According to the Better Business Bureau - there have been 42 complaints closed in the last 3 years and 38 complaints closed in the last 12 months!!!

This company is a scam I do not advise anyone to use them. None of the representatives are fully aware of anything one rep told me one thing another told me something different!

SCAM! High pressure 'the sky is falling' sales technique for overpriced undervalued service. I've repeatedly told them to remove me from their mailing list and they respond by mailing me more often. As a sure sign that they are shady they avoid giving out address information for the company. Avoid them like the plague.

This company sent me a letter that appeared to be from my home warranty company claiming that the warranty was about to expire with a "deadline" to renew. I called the number and was given a price totaling over $4000, with an initial payment of $495 and $315 a month for a year. They claimed that the company I had purchased my warranty from was not accredited and that they had an "A+ Rating with the BBB" I found neither was true. They are NOT accredited and have a C+ rating with the BBB. And the company I had a current plan with has an A+ rating with the BBB. I do not like being lied to. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT LIES UPON FIRST CONTACT.

My heating and cooler company said they would not take my Home protect plan I need to pay in full and collect payment myself, When I call home protect to cancel my plan I got so much crap from the representative and also the manager Cody. Like a used car salesman only worse. When I said I would contact the BBB and my attorney they finally said they would cancel my plan, but refused to send me any confirmation of canceling. I am contacting my credit card company now to stop any more charges for the plan. Buyer beware this is a scam and very unfriendly when you have a problem. The charges on my card are also listed as a different company name and address Plan Auto/Home in IL.
High pressure technics like being at a used car lot. Only wanting to make a sell. Don't listen just sell! Terrible if you try and cancel they don't listen just keep trying to sell.

Sep 17,2023Horrible people on the phone. I want to get rid of my policy with them (because I got a different one), but they won't let me out. They say "Oh, but you don't have that much left"; I say that I got a different policy, they want to know who I got it with, I told them they don't need to know. They are STILL there, but I'll see what I can legally do to get them to go away.
