they buy lists from somewhere. I have no loan or warranty on my home ever. They said my warranty was expiring. Some people will fall for this scam. They need to be investigated by the attorney generals for deceptive advertising. When I mentioned that I did not have a warranty expiring they acknowledged they were just trying to sell new warranties.

We are checking into buying a home warranty program with HomeProtect USA, and I spoke to their customer service person one time last week to gather info. Called back again today to clarify their program and what they were charging. They pressured me into signing up and when I told them that we are on a tight budget and that I wanted to talk with my husband and double-check our budget, the man I spoke to said that was just excuses and that he didn't understand why I needed to check my budget or talk with my husband. He said that because this was the 2nd time that I've called he has to "close my file" if I don't sign on literally today, right then and there, over the phone. WOW. JUST WOW. Okay, yes, PLEASE SIGN ME UP! I CAN'T WAIT TO GIVE MY MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT SHAMES ME FOR WANTING TO MAKE AN INFORMED, SMART DECISION! I said, well, I need to do what I have to do to make a good decision so if you need to "close my file," then be my guest. They will not be hearing from me again.

Today I communication with two gentleman from this particular company. The first one, I felt was too pushy with his words. The second one felt me out. He listened to me even though I would interrupt him often, but he gave me speech. He used his personal life lessons and allowed to share mine. At the long run I knew he only wanted what was best for me. He is a very sensible sales person, a people person with a great heart, and best of all a super listener. Thank you sir.

She said she would write a resignation letter on my behalf to Choice and ask for a quick refund of my 3-year fee of $2805. I thank Kylie for every bit of help she can give me in resolving this issue.
