He put my individual needs first by offering me the best options and then having me speak with his manager, Cody, to make certain I was pleased with my decision to utilize the warranty program.
Today I received a letter in the mail from home protect USA. Informing me that the property that I own is not covered under a home warranty program. It said that it was in part important to contact this company within 21 days of receiving the notice. Which I did after reading the entire letter. The gentleman who answered the phone was Stefan Daughty. After Stephan listened to everything that I had to tell him which was a lot. More than he really needed to know but he was so gracious and kind and he let me do my rant. When I was done I asked him to please explain the program that home protect USA was all about. He told me all about the total condo warranty which is a three-year plan and it covers all of your every day appliances. Including central heat and air plumbing electrical the hot water heater fridge raider stove microwave washer and dryer dishwasher garbage disposal. So he quoted me the price of the down payment and then he quoted me the monthly payments for 12 months. It was a little higher than I could afford. But because of everything I had been through in the last year he reached out to his supervisor a gentleman named James. And I’m so sorry I didn’t get changed his last name. So Stephan explained my situation to his supervisor and his supervisor brought the price down to an amazing and I mean amazing affordable plan for me. So I was able to make the down payment and get on an 18 month payment plan once that 18 months payment is paid off then I have two years payment free. And the best part of it all was that the only thing you are charged for is a $75 service call. Whether they have to replace or fix whatever it is that is not working properly. I felt like the Lord sent these people to me today for a reason. Needless to say I was in tears when I hung up the phone and I prayed and I thanked the Lord for this wonderful opportunity that I was able to afford. Because all of my appliances are old. If I would have answered the first letter over a month ago I wouldn’t of spent $9000 on a new air conditioner. So if you get a letter from home protect USA please don’t hesitate to contact their office, it will be the best move you’ve ever made.
