Ordered on the 3rd January got my delivery yesterday overall i am very happy with my new corner sofa it is exactly what it say it is and cant complain everything was fine. Good recommendations. Easy to order and communication was fine.
Just had my sofas delivered the delivery men were fantastic they brought the sofas up to my 5th floor flat and assembled it. I was let down by another company waiting several weeks for sofas that didn’t arrive so i ended up ordered with Home Sofa Company just before new year’s, the sofa arrived on timish but that doesnt matter, they were quicker then most sofas shop i seen online and the customer service is fantastic. Love my new baxter sofas. Thanks x
After browsing around for a new compact cheap sofa I settled on The Home Sofa Company due to their keen prices and promised delivery window. However, when the sofa had not been dispatched in the promised delivery window I called them to chase up. They said due to unprecedented demand they had a backlog of orders to clear. I accepted this but suggested they put a more realistic delivery window on their website. The sofa arrived 4 days later than promised on 24th December and was quickly installed and photographed in situ by the delivery team. We noticed a flaw in the cushion material and I emailed them with a photo to show the problem and request a replacement cushion cover. Accepting that they were closed for Christmas I waited for a reply which came on the 6th January, telling me to expect a call from their after sales manager. So far no contact has been made. I will probably improve my review score if I can eventually get a satisfactory conclusion to our issue, because it looks like a lot of customers are happy with the service they get from this company. UPDATE: The HSC made contact with me in January and promised to resolve the issue by sending me a new cushion cover. It arrived on 4th February and all issues are now satisfactorily resolved. Good customer service after the Christmas shutdown.
Kept me up to date throughout as my order progressed i waited a total of 11 days for my oxblood chesterfield sofa which is reasonable considering the festival season and the quality is superb, HSC called to advise date of delivery, the drivers were kind and set up in my living room will use again no doubt! I have recommended to my mother in law who is looking for a similar sofa
Easy to order, saved £260 compared to Wayfair and quick delivery. Cant complain to be honest happy with everything and would recommend
Ordered couch over the phone. Gave me an estimated delivery of 10th - 17th Nov. Was told I would be contacted 24hrs before. Didn’t hear anything no text no email. Only one missed call off withheld which I couldn’t phone back and no voice mail. Messaged them to ask where delivery was. Apparently I’d missed the delivery a few days prior. Wasn’t told I’d missed it or it was arriving that day. Wanted to charge me £90 on top to redeliver: this time gave me an actual date? Sofa arrived on time but was not the one I ordered. (Scatter back arrived- ordered full back) delivery company said to contact them to redeliver the right back cushions. We also said we wasn’t happy paying the extra £90 to redeliver, the delivery company were understanding and didn’t charge the extra. Had the scatterback cushions for 15 days before exchange was made. Once again was hard to communicate with the company to get the delivery sorted. Sofa is good quality for the price. Company has massive lack of communication with the customer- if I was to order again I’d probably order directly from The delivery company (Honey Pot)
I actually brought my corner sofa couple of months back and my daughter decided it was okay to spill yogurt on chenille fabric I managed to clean it off but the fabric had bad stain luckily i had the taken the 5 year extended warranty thats covers a-lot to be honest, i got in contact with HSC, they communicated fantastic and directed me to my warranty supplier who is Staingard, i put an claim through and within a week i had Homeserve technicians in my house observing the stain, they done a great job removing it and the its look brand new, am so chuffed i found this company.
Ordered on the 6th December a RHF brown leather corner sofa and delivery was today, they absolutely 100% good quality and the service was fantastic, everyone of my questions were answered on time, delivered on time thanks
Terrible service, took my money and have not communicated when, where, why, who will be delivering… if they ever will as it’s now 3 weeks overdue and with no exploration from HSC, I would not use these again. UPDATE, I was just called by the most arrogant customer service rep who told me some more lies about my order status and denied several things that I have confirmed by email, in writing from HSC. They finished up by slamming the phone down on me. This company does not deserve anyones buisness, and still currently has my money which they have held for over 3 weeks without even 1 attempt to deliver my item

Hello just recieved our new sofa and we are very pleased with it . We ordered on line not expecting much for the amount of money we paid ,but to be honest it really is a fantastic quality and comfy it is stylish and I am so pleased I am actually ordering another one all in all a fantastic,comfy stylish sofa for a budget price very impressed thank you
Very pleased with my new sofa 🛋. Delivery courier company not so helpful but home sofa company always responded promptly to emails and requests. I'm always wary about buying online without seeing or trying goods first but this was a positive experience so thank you. Will be recommending to my friend who will be looking to purchase a new sofa very soon.

Customer service is great. Sofa looked lovely. Unfortunately it didn't fit through the door. Would recommend, despite that, as the customer service is so good.

Quite impressed with the company from order to delivery. Was offered a 4 seater instead of the 3 seater (which I had originally ordered) for the same price. Delivery was within a week of ordering and delivery company very professional and helpful. Would definitely order from them again. P.S. the sofa and footstool I ordered was double the price on other websites! I ordered the footstool to match and although it looks stunning and finishes off the sofa i’m slightly disappointed with it. It’s a bit flimsy and the top cushion just keeps sliding as it’s loose but I wouldn’t have one without the other as the set looks fab.
I brought the Quincy corner sofa from here and it is so comfortable by far the best sofa i have had ever, quick delivery as promised and kept me updated by email
