They took over the lettings for our property earlier this year - they answered any queries we had, sorted maintenance issues with 48 hours (non urgent issues), communicated efficiently and were genuinely informative and polite when communicating. Mary was our main point of contact and she was brilliant. My partner and I only left due to relocation of jobs but if we moved into Liverpool again we would go to them.

From viewing the property to sorting all the other bits out went smooth. She is fantastic and a great asset to homesure. Overall a really positive experience with homesure.

The contractors have all been great and the team at Homesure are always friendly and quick to reply. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental property

Oct 01,2021My electricity shorted out last night due to a leak from the boiler. I rang homesure this morning and spoke to Peter, who kindly worked around my working schedule to accommodate me. He also kept me updated about what was happening with repairs, and had sorted out someone to fix the issue within a few hours. Homebuild made this very stressful issue much easier with their quick and accommodating service, ensuring that it would be sorted as soon as possible. Really cannot thank them and Peter enough for all their help!

Aug 20,2021Contacted, completed paperwork as soon as email arrived, contacted as no one did although email stated someone would contact, only to be told we will contact you ref viewing, and a week later still waiting. I now realise why these guys have such bad reviews,total waste of time and effort.

Aug 16,2021I've been renting properties on-and-off in the city of Liverpool for the past 8 years and I've always had issues with estate agencies; the care for their properties and tenants is usually sub-par and their consistent unresponsiveness - after a while - becomes nothing short of an insult. I'm happy to say that my experience with Homesure was different. They were very helpful with any issues within the property, their staff were kind and approachable, and - when a positive Covid test forced the tenants and I to isolate in the property beyond our legal tenancy - Homesure allowed us to stay an extra week in the property. A very helpful team and a refreshing change from rental experiences I've had in the past.

Aug 07,2021I have been with Homesure as a Landlord for 5 years and I have also sold my property with them more recently. Throughout all my time with them the level of service I have received has been exceptional. As a Landlord I was given regular updates about the property via their very thorough inspection reports. Any issue was dealt with thereafter quickly and efficiently and they always consulted myself as to the appropriate course of action. As a vendor I also received a very high level of service from the sales team including Tia, Jim and James. Throughout the whole sales process the level of communication from the team was outstanding. They went above and beyond in order to ensure a smooth sales process and is something I am extremely grateful for.

Jun 17,2021I would have given negative rating, if there was an option. Awful awful experience with HomeSure Property as a landlord. As a managed service for my property they have not even taken the responsibility to get the keys back from previous tenants. The excuse was that keys collection and inventory is an add one service. Really , I mean really !!! If you can't manage return of keys then you should not be in property management business. People, watch out for these guys their maintenance department is complete shambles. I regret that I chose them to manage my small portfolio of property.

They were equally friendly and approachable when asking questions. Right down to the admin/sales staff answering my calls, everyone was so professional and friendly.
