Apr 27,2023I have not had issues with the purchase of my product, but many months later I have received marketing email with no unsubscribe link-a breach of GDPR regulations. This is pretty simple straight forward business practice that all companies selling on IT platforms should be adhering to. So sick of the constant emails from every purchase you make online. It had the reverse effect on me, I just won’t come back. The email was about leaving a review on a site, the hyperlink didn’t even work. Update: the email was also sent to a web service provider called citrus lime who provide POScloud based services for online equestrian retailers. The email was personally addressed. My mail provider have produced feedback that the email sent was not from a hacker so not sure about your explanation that it was a phishing email?

Apr 27,2023Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Hope valley saddlery at Buxton, especially Amy who was so helpful. Took me three attemps to get the right fitting boots for my Granddaughter, ( not Hope valleys fault ) everyone there was so patient and helpful with me, and my Granddaughter is so pleased with her lovely riding boots, thank you all ☺

Apr 21,2023I placed an order which arrived extremely quickly (I appreciate couriers are responsible for delivery once it leaves the retailer so yodel also did a great job on this occasion) the prices were the cheapest available online so I can't say enough positive things about HV. Thank you for the great experience.

Apr 01,2023we have used HVS on/off for over 10 years , maybe longer , we have always found them polite & if there has ever been a delay or issue with an order , its always been sorted very quickly . Huge choice , good website .

Feb 27,2023I would like to say thank you for an absolutely remarkable service… I really appreciate all the help you’ve given to make sure I get the right order for me! So quick with responses, in my situation unfortunately a rug I ordered was out of stock which they emailed and phoned myself very rapidly within receiving the order and sent an email which offered me alternative options of rugs similar in price and effectively the same as I was looking for. With lots of choice to make on my part I found the perfect rug which was then also slightly cheaper and I was refunded the excess within a day! All so helpful and incredible service, I have used Hopevalley for many years and will absolutely continue to do so and will have recommended to others aswell! Again thank you for your help.

Feb 20,2023I have been going to Hope Valley saddlery for many years ( the days when it was in a small building at Somerford) . It's now grown to a massive two floor building at the same location. I go there for nearly all our equine needs ( they don't sell feed, so source else where). I find the staff very friendly, always willing to help. Will order stock in if not available. Their prices are reasonable, and they have great sales both in line and in store. Highly recommended saddlery. If you aren't local, search on line as they do delivery too

Feb 17,2023Midday on a Thursday, saw a fantastic offer on a Le Mieux jacket which I couldnt resist, also added into my basket some Ariat long riding boots. Arrived THE FOLLOWING DAY! before midday! Flabbergasted. Such a speedy service. The Ariat boots unfortunately don’t fit me quite right, so used the live chat on their website to understand how to do a return and a friendly representative sent the relevant info across. Simple. Will definitely use your business again!

I've bought quite a lot from them over the last 2 months, all very good offers, great quality and arrived within a couple of days. I've had 2 issues, one with the wrong item sent during their very busy Christmas time and one faulty item. The customer service has been excellent resulting in these issues being resolved quickly with great communication. Thank you Hope valley saddlery.

Jan 12,2023The most awful Customer Service. They have no idea how to run an online business. Refuse to help when their courier of choice Yodel loses parcels. They won't refund & won't refund postage even earn its their fault. There is no choice of alternative courier. They are rude on the phone and clueless with regards to distance selling regulations. It's actually quite unbelievable they are still trading given the reviews and dreadful service. Just don't even bother no matter how much it looks like a bargain it won't be as it never arrives or isn't as described and then there's no item and no refund.

Dec 31,2022Be cautious ordering from this company! Order was sent incomplete and included a substitute item (which I didn’t want or would have ordered in first place). Hope(less) valley advised there were stock count errors (hence why website allowed orders on items which were not in stock). Company confirmed it would refund the order-but not the original cost of post and packaging! Customer is now out of pocket as a result of poor stock management.

Dec 24,2022Terrible company! Ordered a bridle in October it never arrived.. contacted them and they said it was out of stock and would I be willing to wait until December or get a refund! I decided to wait as that is out of their control. The bridle should have come into the store on the 14th December… I’ve sent numerous emails asking for updates and no reply!! I want a full refund and shall take my business elsewhere!! Maybe you will reply to this review?! And give me my money back!! Disgusting customer service

Dec 21,2022I bought a riding hat from them My mrs went and tried it on it was to small and didn’t have her size in stock They said they would refund me there and then that was over a week ago and still not got my refund I have sent emails but they can’t be bothered to reply If your buying something they can’t do enough for you until they have you money Then they don’t want to know Stay way away
