Jan 17,2024I drank 2 cups a day from 32 weeks pregnant. Went into spontaneous labour on my due date, was in active labour for 1 hour and only pushing for 5 minutes. Whether this was down to the tea or not I don’t know but all the evidence I read up on raspberry leaf tea definitely supports this.
