Feb 13,2022Things go wrong from time to time with the best of products and how a company deals with these issues sets them apart. I had a problem with a newly purchased but malfunctioning mixer bar. House of Enki responded immediately to my product query and did their best to solve the problem by suggesting fixes and sending spare parts. When the problem persisted they asked me to return the product and sent me a new one (which works perfectly). The customer service was polite, professional, prompt, and effective. Would buy from this company again without hesitation. They stand by their products and supply great customer service.

Nov 30,2021The house of NK sent what I had ordered very quickly. The product I had ordered was not to specification it leaked. They said they would send me another cassette to replace the leaking part and I asked for the complete unit because we did not know what was leaking. This arrived quickly also. The second piece of kit did not leak at the cartridge but the two flow valves on hot and cold in we are both solid, possibly from age. Once I had taken the flow valves out of the first piece supplied into the second piece supplied everything has worked well. So in summary their service has been incredibly good and the product of the supplied has been incredibly bad. But we got there in the end I guess.
