Order was delivered promptly and I had a problem with an item in my order which customer service resolved after photo evidence and returning the item. Although I am yet to install my shower, it looks very well made and stunning. Happy to purchase from company again.

Really happy both with customer service & rapid delivery. I initially ordered a replacement part that didn't fit my tap, but I received a very quick and helpful reply to my enquiry email which helped me identify and purchase the correct part. This was sent out to me on the same day and, of course, was just what I needed. The return & refund process of the incorrect item was very easy and quick too. Would definitely shop here again.

I purchased a Mocca Kitchen Tap from their Amazon site in May 2020. The brown coating/paint has now peeled away from both hot and cold handles and the base of the tap itself so that the bare metal is exposed. In addition, and despite the tap having ceramic washers, supposedly, it has developed a constant drip that will not stop. I contacted Enki through Amazon and they simply washed their hands of the situation. They suggested that we could purchase a replacement through their Amazon Store or take up the matter with the manufacturer? We don't know who manufactured the tap and Enki didn't provide their name or any contact details. The tap failed after 14 months so I do agree that it is just outside of the guarantee period but come on Enki, these are serious quality issues that shouldn't arise after such a short period of use. You couldn't even make a small gesture of assistance or offer to discount the cost of a replacement tap. As you would expect, I won't be wasting any more money with this company as I couldn't be certain of the quality of the products that I might receive. 02/09/21 ** UPDATE ** I am pleased to update the above to say that House of Enki have had a change of mind and have now sent us a replacement tap. 04/02/21 ** UPDATE ** Sadly, the paint on the replacement tap has started to peel off after only four months of careful use. True to form, House of Enki are unwilling to enter into meaningful dialogue about the poor quality of the item that they have provided for a second time, choosing instead to make ambiguous statements about the guarantee and irrelevant gestures to provide "serviceable parts" should we need them. These taps are of a very poor quality. The coating process is at fault as the paint comes off after a very short period and House of Enki are unwilling to recognise this and either correct it or remedy customer disappointment. A company that we will never purchase from again and would not recommend to anyone else. Epic fail!

Not giving away how they helped ( to stop others jumping on the bandwagon) but their assistance in our problems were second to none. It was really great to have a company who puts its customers ahead of profit. They were fantastic and it should be recorded as such Well done House of ENKI Grateful thanks from two pensioners There are people who care out there after all.
