Apr 12,2024Sent me a defective jacket. When faced with what is clearly scuffed leather, they tried to argue that it was a "natural characteristic" and refused to cover the return postage, despite their website saying they will pay if an item is damaged or incorrect. Not sure why I bothered buying from them, my previous experience was exactly the same when they sent me the wrong size item and again tried to get me to pay for postage. It took several blunt emails back and forth to get them to pay! Looking at the other reviews, it seems this is their default attitude when faced with a complaint.

Apr 09,2024what a great company to deal with, first time customer bought leather skirt at Christmas but identified an issue with the lining that i thought would settle over a few weeks but simply didn't. In mid February I contacted customer services who agreed to a return to review the product. because of holidays I didn't return it 'til Easter weekend but within a few days they had made telephone contact to discuss and provided a brand new replacement which arrived the next day. I cant say how impressed I am with their genuine and honest approach to solving my problem . will definitely recommend H of L to friends and will defiantly use in the future. Congratulations on a top notch customer service .

Feb 29,2024I've searched high and low for a good quality suede jacket. I saw the biker jacket and decided to give it one last try on finding something nice. I am so glad I did. The jacket is perfect, very heavy in weight and the suede actually feels like suede. I absolutely love my new jacket. It genuinely looks good quality and at a bargain price of £125.00. Very happy customer.

Feb 24,2024House of Leather has a good selection of trench coats for both men and women, but the Sharon stands out as the most stylish. It is made of the best quality sheepskin leather and has nice features such as the buckled belt, which I prefer to tie only, and buckled straps on the sleeve cuffs. Its a very long coat with a full length vent at the rear which gives it elegance. For me, as a male, I prefer the cut and flare shape of the womens style, the men's being more bland and box like. Trench coats are a garment which easily crosses the boundary. Great products and service from the House of Leather. Many thanks to them, I shall be back for more.

Feb 07,2024I ordered a Christmas present for my partner who works away occasionally. After only one short overnight trip away with a half-filled barrel bag, the shoulder strap buckles snapped, which is a huge shame as I expected a lot more longevity from a House of Leather item. I emailed on 8th January explaining the issue and requested some help and I am still awaiting a reply. I have had to chase and email a second time and are awaiting a response.

Prompt delivery, was kept informed during the process and the items arrived well packaged. Can thoroughly recommend.

Feb 01,2024My jacket arrived this afternoon and I am delighted with it. Beautiful quality. Lovely soft leather. It was well wrapped and care had been taken to protect it in transit. Spare pop studs in case of loss. All in all a great purchase at a reasonable price. Customer service very good too, as there was a delay in delivery and when I queried it they got back to me promptly and politely.

I did size up as others suggested and it fits perfectly - would go up 2 sizes if you want to wear thick jumpers. Came very quickly and was notified at each stage of delivery.

I recently ordered a second full leangth leather coat and stupidly ordered the wrong size. Customer service was amazing and swiftly amended my order without hesitation, I look forward to receiving my coat any day now😻I forgot to add that the first coat I bought is beautiful soft leather and I’ve had so many complaints.
