Jan 05,2022The customer service is excellent. I had trouble with a delivery (DPD didn’t deliver to the correct address) and I also received an incorrect item. The company fixed my problems immediately - helpful and prompt. One customer service agent went out of his way to ensure I received an item for Christmas. The item itself (a leather briefcase) was exactly as displayed and good quality.

Dec 28,2021ordered the wrong size, emailed and agreed to reorder and return original for refund. Delivered as promised christmas eve and perfect fit. Refund processed and credited back to me with no need for chasing or follow up. Great service and fast delivery.

I bought a leather wallet from their website on 22nd Dec (very hard to find one in the shops with the clear ID window for photo cards) and incredibly it was delivered the very next day so that I could give it as a present to my husband for Xmas. No extra charge for next day delivery. Quality looks superb and the price was so reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for the great service, it’s much appreciated!

Dec 23,2021My son purchased a Irvin flying jacket and he absolutely loves it! We originally ordered the incorrect size so did a return - these luxurious jackets are very generously sized and the shearling lamb skin is excellent quality. Immediately House of Leather received our return they exchanged for a smaller size the same day and delivery by DPD was made within 24hrs. I'd definitely buy from House of Leather in the future - their customer service is helpful, friendly and and extremely efficient - Thanks House of Leather for a really positive online shopping experience!

Nov 30,2021Horrible service, goods arrived violently kicked through cardboard box ripping it badly. This was done either by the warehouse or their courier. It looks like mindless hate rage. Fingers have also been stuck inside, it seems as a Covid-19 infection threat. Either way it is beyond anti-hygiene and risks infection. No response to complaints by email and PayPal requesting replacement. Paid almost £300 through Paypal for a jacket to fend off the cold weather. Based on this experience they are not trustworthy and don’t care at all.

Sep 13,2021Came here to leave a review as I couldn't leave one on the website. I bought 2 different jackets in the same size to see which one suited me better. One was a bit small and one was a bit big. Ended up in returning the bigger one and the small one exchanged for the next size. The only not so pleasant thing is that you have to pay for your return but I think I paid about £6 for both. Anyway, they got the parcel quick and imediately sent the replacement. Could not fault them at all. The jacket is amazing, really good quality. It is a bit of hit and miss with the sizes but I guess that is because of the different styles they offer. Will buy from here again and highly recommend!

Aug 27,2021Mens Heavy Duty Leather Biker Brando Jacket Kyle Antique Brown I was a bit sceptical at first because I prefer to try clothes on instead of messing about sending stuff to and fro. However, speedy delivery, two days, and the jacket is top notch for the price. Fits like a glove and one happy customer here. I will be buying my next jacket from HoL. Really good for an on line retailer and good at responding to email enquiries too.

Quality is excellent and the delivery was super quick. Thank you so much and it is an amazing jacket and an exact replica of his original.

Aug 04,2021So very pleased with my whole journey with House of Leather. I’ve bought my leather jacket on an insane sale (don’t know how often these come about). Almost seemed too good to be true. I am quite small and most of my clothes are a size 6 so was a bit worried when I got my jacket in a size 10 as the 8 sold out. Did however considered what most people said about sizing one up. I’ve ordered it on a Sunday and it came today with free delivery by DPD. I’ve left instructions as I wasn’t in, no dramas with DPD either (which was a first). The jacket fits like a glove! Absolute perfect fit, I can’t believe it! It might be a struggle to put on a thicker jumper underneath but I am just so happy with the quality, fit and style that I don’t even care. Love the red lining as well, can’t get enough of it!

Jul 19,2021There should be a zero to use for this company. Ordered a briefcase and after 7 months it’s starting to come apart at the handle. Contacted the company about this and asked for a replacement and this was the reply I got… Hello Sorry but we are unable to help with this as the order has passed the 30 days returns, Kind Regards House of Leather I have called them today and been told they don’t do guarantee’s and the Consumer Right Act 2015 doesn’t apply to them, basically they didn’t give a dam. I would not recommend this company and their customer service is shocking.

Jul 15,2021I dont understand the bad reviews tbh. Their customer service is amazing. I bought a size 14 jacket, it was a bit big, i wanted to exchange and didnt realise that you have to pay the return postage…it says on the website. Anyway, i loved the jacket so i ordered another one smaller size 12 and i decided to gift the 14 to my sister. My sister insisted i exchange it to size 12, i did and i paid £8.95 at the post office, fast service, which was two days ago. Just now i received an email from them, following another one with the DPD tracking reference number that the jacket will be delivered tomorrow. So all in all, three days the whole process. I am very happy with them, very fast service, great customer service, and the quality is top notch… This jacket is the best i have seen in years. 5 stars is not enough. Linda

Jun 09,2021Lovely leather jacket, smells a bit like chemicals but I’m sure it’ll wear off soon. Good quality and great price! Extremely fast delivery too with DPD. I had a question after buying and they replied within the hour via email, very impressed. I’d definitely recommend and I will definitely be buying again. I’ve only given 4 stars due to the smell 💜 otherwise excellent!

Jan 12,2022Ordered a leather jacket and within 2 to 3 days it arrived amazingly quick. The jacket was lovely but should have sized up another size as couldn't zip it up over chest but that was my fault so had to return and being over new year i thought it would take ages to refund but within 4 days it was refunded. Was looking around to see if i could get different jacket elsewhere but i ended up ordering again off this company a different size and jacket and within 3 days it was here. The jacket fits perfectly and is gorgeous it only smells slightly of leather as thought it would smell more but never having had a real leather before i don't now what i was expecting lol but it gorgeous. But be aware of sizing read size guide as they slim fit and if u have a large chest etc. The other thing is the maker of jacket as both have had different firm names inside as not sure who they are but it is lovely.
