I ordered a coat that I had to send back. 10 days later I am still waiting for my refund. I have phoned only to be told the refund has been issued but its in the system. Today I am contacting my bank and issuing a charge back. Order No 51158

Ordered a ladies jacket, it arrived in two days. It was lovely however was a really small fit. I used the sizing chart but it was really small. I returned it and received a replacement with in the week. Two sizes bigger but still small. Lovely jacket, great service, but Oder bigger than you need.

Brilliant Lether Jackets Top Notch Lether fits like a glove. Fast delivery my jacket arrived in 2 days. For the price of a real leather jacket, you cant match House of Lether. Awesome Shop thanks guys

Fast delivery but what's your idea of size 20 jacket was more a 14 or 16 and I'm being generous I note I have to pay to and the jacket back in my opinion you are not a quality suppler

I bought a men’s flap over Dunkirk briefcase (order 36434) in August 2022 and sadly it only lasted a few months before the stitching holding the handle gave way rendering it useless. House of Leather UK refused any help to repair or replace it sighting ‘excess load carrying! Despite having no evidence that was the case and my assuring them I had not overloaded it. It’s a shame to have to report this, I had hoped to have had a good few years of use out of the case just like I have had out of many others, all of which i have loaded with the same paperwork and equipment and all of which have lasted until they became too tatty to use professionally. I am considering a small claims avenue to remedy, goods of this supposed quality should last longer than a few short months.

The website is easy to use, especially when ordering. I ordered a leather pencil skirt, it fits like a glove I am so pleased with it. The delivery was quick also, highly recommended, I am going to order another skirt in a different style.

I bought this jacket having been totally underawed by one I'd bought from a supposedly American designer label at well over twice the price of this one & which I'd returned immediately. I saw as soon as I opened this one the quality was superior - the skin, stitching, finishing. The jacket fit me perfectly too - true to stated size - not something you can take for granted these days. A lovely jacket & worth every penny.

Bought the ladies Daisy leather jacket with detachable hood - was a really lovely coat but too small for me so I had to send back for a refund (as I needed one for the weekend and wouldn't have had time for an exchange). I sent it back tracked - they received it yesterday and refunded me the same day. Excellent service so will definitely be using again. Thank you, House of Leather, really appreciate your excellent service.

Misjudged the size my daughter needed, no hassle return and the size up fitted perfectly. Leather quality was top notch, I used to work in a leather finishing factory so I've a vague idea what's good.

Although the jacket I ordered wasn't suitable, I cannot fault the quality and price. The customer service was also exceptional. The only improvement would be to have free returns. I will definitely be using this company again in future.

Great company, and will use them again for anything I need leather. Bought the aviator coat B3 ginger/Brown sheepskin. I’m 6’1, and 14.5 stone, ordered the x large, it came and it was too big. (My fault). Sent it back and exchanged it for the large, it fits like a glove. No messing. It said it was going to re deliver on the Monday, and delivered today (Saturday) beautiful quality, and lovely and warm. Going out Sunday to give it a trial 👍🏻. Superb.

I ordered a tan leather coat about 2 weeks ago and it was a little big so i rang the company to exchange it and the new one was back with me a few days later, so love the jane tan coat, its gorgeous, and i was so impressed the with this company i would highly recommend them to anyone. Customer service at its best

The jacket arrived in good time but unfortunately didn't fit. HoL refunded my card promptly and notified me via email they had done so. Will definitely shop again. Fantastic service.

After a lot of research I ordered a medium sheepskin flying jacket. Size comes up too tight (despite the same measurements as a very old jacket), and had to return for a larger size. Whole purchase to delivery, return and replacement delivery was completed in just 5 days. I'm delighted with the jacket. Very good quality, well stitched, very warm, lovely soft leather and will last me out. Perfect for open top motoring year round.

Rubbish customer service. They accepted my order, took my money, then 2 days later said there was none in stock so I have been refunded. No apology and of course, no refund for about 5 days.

I ordered the leather flying jacket on Sunday 9th and it was processed and dispatched on Monday 10th of January. It arrived yesterday 11th January by DPD. I am very pleased with the jacket and the service received and will shop there again. I recommend House of Leather and my personal rating is 11 out of 10. Thank you everyone.
