Dec 16,2024I was kept informed all through the process. I was also given someone to speak to about any questions I had about fitting and protecting the worktop itself. My delivery was really good. My delivery guys Martin and Plamly ( not sure about spelling) were absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend.

Dec 16,2024I purchased a cut, shaped and oiled beech board (17mm) to build a kitchen table mounted onto an exiting unit. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of what I received. So why only 4 stars and not 5? Well that was down to the poor packaging for shipping. The board was literally wrapped in 2 layers of cling film. This had split in a few places in transit and it was probably more luck than judgement that the product was not damaged in some way. There was no bubble wrap, cardboard, edge/corner protectors etc. However, as I said, my luck was in and it arrived undamaged.

Was able to track the delivery along its route and got a message 30 mins before their arrival. Emo and Levo (delivery drivers) were polite and helpful, carrying the work top exactly where I wanted it.
