Dec 09,2024Ordered worktops on Saturday, received them early the following Friday. Delivery notifications and tracking was useful, and service was efficient from Hasan and Emo. The worktops look great! I'm not quite ready to install them and still have plastering going on, so I put some extra layers of wrapping on them. I got in touch with the customer service team for the refund on two samples and that was a very easy process too, I had the refund within five minutes.

Really helpful staff on phones and delivery chaps Ivo and Ivan were really good too. Had to delivery in horrible weather but were cheerful and helpful. Quality of product seems very good

Indeed, the worktop arrived with commendable haste, a testament to the supplier’s logistical efficiency. It is rare in this day and age to witness such alacrity in the realm of home furnishings, and for this, accolades are most deserved. However, while the timeliness of its arrival was impeccable, the worktop itself did not adhere to the dimensions so carefully stipulated. Promised at a precise 620mm, the product arrived at a rather more robust 625mm—a deviation which, though seemingly minor, may wreak havoc upon the meticulous plans of the discerning renovator. Such discrepancies, while not insurmountable, demand adjustments that detract from the anticipated ease of installation. One might question whether such a premium price should not also encompass an assurance of exactitude. Furthermore, while the quality of the material itself is serviceable, the cost leaves one pondering whether such an investment might not warrant greater attention to detail. For a product that resides within the higher echelons of the pricing spectrum, one expects perfection—not merely in substance but in execution.
