Dec 11,2024I placed an order for an oak worktop which they then cancelled my order and was refunded. When my Dad rang them up to ask why my order was cancelled, they said their courier don’t deliver to SY23 postcodes (Mid Wales). I live in Aberystwyth and there is always couriers driving around so this excuse was just bizarre. There was nothing to show on the screen when making a payment that said they couldn’t accept the order after I entered my address. After they apologised they just put the phone down on him.

Dec 10,2024Helpful, friendly and efficient. We bought worktops earlier in the year (which have been excellent) and I underordered the upstand. It was quick and easy to get an extra bit delivered. Martin & Stoyan were great delivery guys and Bella in the office was very helpful too. Seems like a very well motivated team!

We were kept up to date with where the order was up to and the expected delivery. The delivery team were polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you and hopefully we can get the worktop in place asap to look at the overall result :-)

Dec 10,2024When you order there is no information on when you will receive your worktop. I then got an email and text saying it would be delivered (in a very quick time, that part was great) between a certain time on an allotted day. I then got another email and text saying the date is not final. A very weird way of working. But it did come when it was supposed to and it was quick from when I ordered it. However, it is warped and cannot be used as a worktop. I called to complain but they needed photos (understandable) which I sent straightaway but I haven’t had a reply. Meanwhile, my builder is waiting to finish the kitchen.

Dec 10,2024I was extremely happy with the product and overall service. It was simple to order online and the turn around very quick - the work top arrived 2 days after ordering. Communications were also excellent, I received email and txt updates. And on the day of delivery, i was able to track the delivery drivers which helped. The delivery guys were also very pleasant and carful with the work top. I would certainly use House of Worktops in the future.
