When it came to delivery it was really helpful to have such a small time slot so I could plan my day and didn't have to lose time at work. The tracking was great and our two drivers Ivo and Ivan were brilliant - very quick and very professional. Great service from start to finish.

Dec 03,2024I ordered some oak floating shelves which came in good time and were delivered precisely at the time advised by Martin and Stoyan. The shelves looked good and wood seemed of good quality. The let down was on the fitting as a floating shelves. The holes drilled in the wood were not in a consistent position and there were no instructions on how to approach it. I did figure out how to put them up, but it was harder than it should've been. Otherwise, all fine. This is my second purchase, previously ordering worktops which were very good and they accommodated the delivery date I required.

Dec 02,2024Recently ordered compact laminate worktops with additional extras for hob/sink/tap holes pre cut, sink drainage and rounded ends. It was a bit nerve wracking in putting the final measurements through online but my husband had plenty of assistance from customer services to feel more confident with his figures. Work tops were delivered promptly by 2 polite and friendly guys, Plamen & Bobbi, just waiting now to get the worktops installed in the next few days but am very happy with our choice and would recommend.

Dec 02,2024The worktops arrived on time with very good delivery service. Unfortunately the pre drilled holes in the shelves are all out of sync. We are unable to use them as floating shelves as the brackets go in at an angle and won’t fit flush. Have bought shelf brackets to put them up.

Nov 30,2024Can’t knock this company for their service, the delivery guys Piamen and Bobi were prompt, polite and helpful which is a nice touch too! As for the worktop I chose the deluxe rustic oak and paid extra for the oil treatment and to be honest I love it, the only thing that is slightly letting this experience down is the fact I bought an upstand to match however due to the oil treatment that I paid extra for, it now does not match so I’m going to have to colour match it somehow, and being a Saturday day I can’t get hold of anyone for their advice. Also it was wrapped with just a bit of plastic, and whilst that’s fine all the time it’s in the care (and keep in mind the delivery drivers seem to actually care) you may need something to hand to protect it your end (my kitchen units don’t arrive until next week).
