The delivery team who came with our recent order today, Hasan and Emo, were absolutely great and really helpful bringing the worktop to exactly where we needed and very friendly.

Nov 30,2024Ordered my compact laminate worktops using the tool on the website and after a couple of emails just clarifying exact specs I received the final drawings to be approved. Once approved the worktops arrived on the day delivery was specified with regular updates on the day. The worktops are very good quality and the cut outs are very clean. Not easy to do yourself on compact laminate. The worktop and cut out prices are very reasonable and a good range of sizes and colours. Great service!

Nov 30,2024We placed our order specifying that we could accept delivery any day of the week and requested a Friday delivery using the option provided. I followed up with a call to customer service shortly after placing the order to confirm the delivery date. Normally, I wouldn’t follow up like this, but the order was time-sensitive due to our builders’ requirements. During the call, I was advised the delivery would be on Saturday, which was fine. However, the worktops didn’t arrive, and no one answered the phones over the weekend. When I called on Monday, I was passed from one person to another, with no one willing to take responsibility. The person who eventually assisted me didn’t seem to understand my concerns. While she did apologise, she explained that the team had misread the delivery instructions and canceled our Saturday delivery slot. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order, as waiting an additional three days or more wasn’t an option due to our schedule. Now, nearly two weeks later, I’ve received no confirmation of the cancellation or a refund, despite sending multiple emails that have been completely ignored.
