Nov 24,2024I placed the order online paid, and then was advised by email that the worktops were out of stock. I was offered an alternative worktop or choose to wait 4 weeks. I chose to wait for new stock. Having waited 4 weeks I made contact several times to chase up. Once new stock arrived they were delivered the following weekend. I was kept informed of delivery times, 2 man team (Plamen & Nick) delivered to the ground floor room of choice. All staff were polite and helpful. I'm yet to install the worktops, but look OK so far. Competively priced and overall I would recommend this company.
