I looked around for quotes on compare the market and was called by Ryan, it was an amazing process. Ryan was able to re arrange appointments due to my busy schedule and was very understanding, he also took the time to answer every question I asked which was very appreciated. I would recommend Howden to anyone to use as their broker, especially to go through Ryan!

I was quite confused by all the options and terminology having never had private health insurance before. Mark was very helpful and provided clear explanations giving me a good understanding of the different products and of his recommendation. There was no pressure to make quick decisions.

Jan 09,2025Very impressed as staff were professional, friendly and courteous thoughout the process when they moved by Accident, Sickness and Redundancy cover to another more competitive provider at this year's renewal saving me over £60 per month. The process was also made very easy as they administer policies for both the previous underwriter and the underwriter that they have now placed the cover with. I have had a long association with them and am sure this will continue for the foreseeable future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for accident, sickness and Redundancy cover.
