Jan 16,2025I contacted Howden as I was looking to renew my private health insurance policy, and wanted to shop around for a new deal. I contacted another broker and also spoke to my current provider. Sarah from Howden's contacted me to discuss the options open to me. She was very polite and helpful and patiently answered all my questions. She found me a new policy at a great price, saving me nearly £1,000 a year. Sarah offered me a better deal than the other broker, and my current provider. I'm very happy with the service provided by Howden and would recommend them.

All it took was 10 mins on the phone, there was no pressure or upselling or any kind. There was an issue which I did not think could be resolved but he managed it effectively and saved me money in doing so. I've recommended this company to 3 of my friends so far.

After doing a quote on compare the market, I got a call from a gentleman called Jeremy Smith at Howden Life & Health. What a lifesaver he was, haha excuse the pun. He was so helpful and ran me through all my options, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the different health care plans. When discussing my personal medical history, he was very understanding and confidential. I managed to choose a healthcare plan on the phone and I am extremely happy.
