Working with Kirsty Robins at Howdens was one of those experiences that stood out - but in a very positive way... she is patient, knowledgeable, and comes up with helpful explanations on technical terms. Feb 07,2025Excellent service received from Max, who has waited extremely patiently for me to proceed to setting up my health insurance policy. He explained all options very thoroughly and didn’t try to oversell at all as I’d originally enquired about mid range cover but when I enquired how much fully comp cover would be it was a tiny amount more so I went with that. I felt much more at ease having a broker setting up something so important for me and it also means I have a point of contact at all times, not just when the renewal is due. From my first enquiry I’ve been kept up to date of price changes etc and it’s me that was slow to respond. Having been very badly let down by the NHS I feel relieved knowing that should any future health issues arise, I will receive a far higher standard of health care (experienced before as had cover through my old job and the difference is unbelievable). Anyway, I highly recommend Howden’s and I will definitely be using them again for all my insurance needs.
