Jul 14,2023Purchased grids. Decent product but let down by poor packaging and DHL, who are as bad as it possible to be. It took 4 separate deliveries to get a small order of 23 grids. To be fair to Ibran they replaced the damaged ones - but you have the hassle of emailing pics. It was a small order and a lot of hassle. Please change delivery company.

Jun 07,2023Bought 15 shed grids, four were damaged on delivery by the courier as the box was damaged eternally. Called Ibran and Gavin provided a fantastic service, ordering replacement parts immediately. The products lock together very well and are well made. I can honestly say that the support from Gavin was excellent - polite and helpful. At no time did it ever feel like I wasn't believed and there was never any problem resolving the issue. The replacement grids were received quickly but two of those were damaged but again Gavin was excellent in dealing with the issue. I did not need to obtain replacements the second time as I finished the job so Gavin refunded me for the two that were damaged. I have suggested that Ibran improve the packaging by using corner packers or a stronger box and they say they will look into that going forward. Sometimes things go wrong and how it is dealt with is the mark of a good company. I got great service and a good product and I believe that Ibran will look at the packaging issue. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended their product to a family member for his driveway.

May 18,2023I ordered the grids to enable several small projects to be completed. Two shed bases and stabilising an area of a gravel driveway that had rutted. The grids arrived quickly and are easy to use enabling quick completion of all the projects.

Sep 01,2023Ordered plastic grids and was delivered 4 of 5 boxes. This may have been DHLs fault, however several employees for IBRAN have failed to resolve the issue. I have been trying to get a refund in order for the missing grids, but after 2 months of emails to employees who either leave the company or decide they don’t have the time or desire to help, I’m now fed up. For what is something that is incredibly simple to sort out, you’ve wholly failed as a business.
