Mar 07,2023Ordered Ibradrive in plenty of time, phoned to confirm delivery day. Two days prior to delivery I was told there was no product in stock so delivery would be delayed by a day. Product still did not arrive until 2 days later. Then the product was delivered twice. Once there the product was easy to use and hopefully will last.

Feb 21,2023I ordered 78 grids in Dec 2022 and subsequently received 7 emails from DPD about delivery, most of which were inaccurate. I had partial deliveries of grids, many of which were badly packaged and hence damaged. I had to follow this up with IBRAN several times before I got a response to get them replaced. When I started the job in January and opened the boxes I noticed I had been sent two sorts of grids which were incompatible. The job had to be delayed. I wrote a letter of complaint in February requesting some compensation given my awful experience. The reply I received blamed DPD and cited lack of understanding and training of their own staff for the mistakes. So I have received an apology but no compensation or partial refund has been received or even acknowledged given the installation had to be rescheduled.

Mar 09,2023I ordered a second set of grids for my caravan after installing a previous set which I found easy to lay and good value. However there was a shipping issue down to the courier. When I spoke to IBRAN about this the response was excellent. He chased the order up and immediately updated me. I then received the order very quickly.
