Dec 11,2024We bought an Audi Q7 that arrived with a bad mite infestation, brake system needed replacing, suspension arm needs replacing, mmi controls didn’t work, speakers faulty. Then, within 28 days the car had numerous warning lights on the dashboard, the car broke down and had to be recovered by the RAC. The car was unresponsive to the RAC’s diagnostics and was completely dead. IBZ first told me I have no right to any help from them. After much deliberation, they said they would fix the car. I asked for a refund instead (as we are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act) because this is a serious problem, but they have refused. IBZ are argumentative and very hasty at providing any sort of help. Please please do not buy from this dodgy garage. We’ve just spent £6000 on a car that is dead.

Nov 13,2024I bought a car from Saz Ibz motors after 4 days the warning battery light was on plus I told him that the front drivers speaker does not work . 4 days later they said we’re just testing it . Picked it up they drove it another 166 miles on top plus never repaired the speakers either scammed
