Sep 03,2022I received an excellent service from staff at IBZMotorz. Having not bought a car for 15 years, I was a bit apprehensive, but I was soon put at my ease by friendly and helpful staff. At no point did I feel pressured. There was no "hard sell". They answered all my questions and after a test drive they did an MOT and completed the paperwork efficiently, sorting out tax and insurance. The whole process took around 2.5 hours. I am very happy with my car.

He was a great salesperson and didn’t hesitant to answer all of my questions about the car, take time to teach me about my new car, and actually delivered my car to me with a lovely bouquet of flowers and a bow! I had a great stress free experience, and would definitely recommend to others.

It is a seamless process and the entire staff members are professional, knowledgeable and friendly which is exactly what you need when purchasing a car Faz was my personal attendant and he was attentive to my needs and communication the necessary information at the right intervals I am a happy owner of BmW X2 The flowers, bow on the car and company mug on the day of collection was an added bonus and gives a nice touch to seal the deal. I would definitely recommend
