The boss then rang me up an we negotiated an come up with a fair price for both of us an money was put direct into my bank once we agreed. He was very patient and polite. We agreed a price and he took the vehicle away after payment was received. His colleague Gemma in the buying team helped with the price and payment process. It was a good experience and Raj is an asset to the business.

Dec 08,2022Raj and Richard made the whole car selling experience a charm and their professionalism shone through. Raj explained the process clearly and I totally appreciate that he had a sharp eye for all kinds of issues in the car (many of which even I had never noted). That said, they then went above and beyond to agree on a price that appeared fair and compelling given the inspection and the facts I provided about my earlier quotes from other buyers. Being a family based business, you can clearly see that they are interested in making a deal come to fruition unlike many other outfits who would send contractors for the inspection and who consequently stick to a script without really being interested in closing out a deal. I highly recommend icashcar for anyone looking to take the hassle out of selling their vehicle.
