Oct 09,2020Soooo I had pinged off a few emails to several car buying companies with regards to my car, even the one with Phillip scofield endorsing. I wanted to sell my car and not just give it back as I had positive equity on the PCP. Icashcars responded with a phone call and just asked for photos. My car was only three years old with low mileage so photos sent and offer received. It was the highest offer, but more importantly, the incentive for me was no hidden fees. Richard the main man calls you agrees a price before the vehicle is inspected at your home. Inspection competed, Paperwork sorted price agreed and paid into my account within a minute. I sorted the outstanding final payment. Keys handed over and vehicle was collected the following day. So basically if you are honest and true about your car you are selling, the rest is simple and effortless. Really good guys to deal with everyone happy all round. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Oct 05,2020It is more difficult to write a "Good" review than a bad one, but here goes: I found iCash on Google and noted favourable remarks on Facebook. I had been offered a part exchange in Ipswich by the Audi delaer but this entailed having minor bodywork fixed and a long return journey. I sent the registration number and several photographs to iCash and received by return a reasonable estimation of the value of my motorcar. A day or so later a gentleman from Auto Planet in Milton Keynes rang me and we agreed a time for him to see the car. He arrived on time, took the car for a short test drive and then asked how much I wanted for the car as she was before any repairs. We agreed on a price, he paid it immediately into my bank account and the deal was done. He drove the car away and I avoided a hassle to visit Ipswich again. A win/win situation and I have to add a pleasure to do business with Yasir. I have since told several friends about iCash and also my garageman who often gets asked for help selling customer's cars. Sep 30,2020Everything was going well until the aggressive trader came to look at my car, and was staring through me, trying to intimidate me. Further, when you leave icashcars a review, they reply to them saying that 'as far as we can see, we didn't send an inspector out to see you, and our inspectors don't ask questions, or engage with the customer'. Well, they sent someone out, and their inspector asked questions. This is a fact. They were also rude, and aggressive. Perhaps a better reply to my other review, left on Google, would have saved them another negative review. They need to check the people they send out, rather than deny the poor service I received.

The offers I had on the table were either far, complicated, or with very low offers. The process with icashcars was simple, without frictions and honest. I got an initial evaluation, followed a few days later by the final evaluation, which was fair and done directly at my place. Upon agreement, the money reached my account in 5 minutes and the car was picked up the day after. Not being used to selling my car, I think this experience has been great. Icashcars has no hidden fees, communication is excellent and I am certainly a very happy customer. Highly Recommended

Sep 22,2020I dealt with Chris on the phone and then Richard in person at their office in Wokingham. The service and professionalism from both of them was first class. So within an hour I was able to do a deal on my car and also on my Mother-in-law’s car. An hour after that their inspector, Lucas, drove 15 miles to inspect my Mother-in-law’s car and Richard then paid the full price that he had offered and then 15 minutes after that the money was in her bank account and the V5 paperwork had been completed on line. My car was dealt with in a similarly swift manner and they even collected it from the dealership where I was buying my new car. I have also recommended them to a friend and she had an excellent experience selling her car to them as well. It’s rare to get service like this nowadays and even rarer in the used car market to find a company that stick to their word. If you are wanting to sell your car it’s simple - just use this company they are absolutely spot on!

Oct 10,2020So I'd been to one of the other car buying groups and had been left a bit underwhelmed by the offer. On a last minute Google search I entered a few details into icashcars. Within 5 minutes I had been contacted and after a brief friendly chat sent across some photos of the car. A guy called Richard then contacted me regarding a viewing date and a price, again friendly and informative. Offered more then the other company and no admin charges! We arranged a date and time and one of their drivers came to view the car. Within 30 minutes we had the money and the car was being loaded up. Agreed price over the phone was paid it was a nice hassle free sale. Yeah you might get more £ selling private. But with so many time wasters and let downs. Its not worth it effort. I was happy with the money offered and would definitely use them again. From start to finish a simple hassle free car sale. Don't sell your car until you've tried these guys. Thanks again.
