May 31,2023Raj came to inspect the car after the initial online quote. He was very polite, professional and advised on some existing issues with the car that I wasn't aware of. The whole experience is super professional and well planned and organised. Several calls received to make sure the visit time fits. It was frustrating that the initial quote dropped, but Raj was 100% transparent and with the full report and breakdown on where the value had been lost i was convinced it was a fair deal. My advice to anyone selling their car is make sure you have your car serviced and MOT before you have the inspection plus make sure your mileage is the same as what you describe. The initial quote is based on assuming you have done MOT and service. The big plus was the money is instantly transferred into your bank account. I was checking online with my phone bank app next to Raj while all the process was done. A really professional service. When they do the first initial call just make sure you are prepared with Service, MOT etc completed. Highly recommend iCashCars

I had been reluctant to let go of the car and was holding out for a good price however, Raj kept in touch, was transparent with the process and I feel I got the best price possible. I would use iCashCars again because of Raj.

May 25,2023Dan...the mechanic who came to inspect the car was brilliant...he did and said everything that I would expect ...with an added charm. However, its the system I didn't like. One quote turns into a smaller quote which turns into a very much smaller quote for a car that has not a great deal wrong with it. All of these companies have a similar aporoach....quote high to entice customers and then the final price shows no resemblance to any previous quotes. I did however, receive the money in my account before I handed over the keys...

May 24,2023Raj came out to inspect my car before selling too Icash cars, he found a few issues upon inspection which i wasn’t aware about but he reassured me he’d get me the best price. He also then found me a new car to purchase and gave me and my son a lift there. Honestly can’t recommend Raj enough. After being ripped off buy the last 2 dealers I’ve brought from I feel happy and satisfied I’ve now got a good car. Thank you Raj you saved the day and made my little boy very happy too!!
