Aug 08,2024Arrived swiftly and very well packed. Takes some real cooling down to get it down to temperature. Unfortunately my beer fridge had broken down and so I tried to use the cool box to cool my warm beers; I placed them in the box in the morning and a number of ice packs ( probably about 5 ) ad the beer was cold but not super cold by 5pm. I think starting with cold beers is absolutely necessary AND use Ice and Ice packs.

Jul 31,2024Not anywhere near as efficient as expected, customer service was dismissive and just told me to add more gel packs/ice. It barely lasts 2 days with a precool and everything cold or frozen when packed with 4 gel packs. I have the 35 litres, but it soon fills up, I’m going to try again with ice as well but not feeling positive. A very expensive mistake!

Jul 23,2024I bought the 18L box for long-stay fishing trips. It's well-engineered, sturdily-built and keeps liquids icy to very cold for my entire 72hr session, on summer days. It may be a few kilos heavier than my old food bag, but that was useless for refrigeration. It's about 15% larger and becomes a de facto table inside my tent. At a price that's well below a competitive 'monster' brand, I'm impressed.
