Feb 13,2024Luke is an excellent salesman. Good communication at the beginning and very attentive. However, on their website it showed that cooler came with three accessories that did not come, then he realize the webpage mistake and he solved the problem inmediatly. 100% recommended.

Feb 10,2024I have loved dealing with coolboxes.co.uk so far (bought two boxes as the first was so good, and the second was at a sale price I could not resist) because (1) the icey-tek boxes are amazingly good, and (2) the way the business is run (in the same way I would like to think I would run a business too). The customer service is second to none as is the shipping/ packaging etc. Great company & product.
