Sep 13,2024I emailed Tom late on a Tuesday evening looking for two matching Eminem hoodies for my daughter and her boyfriend as birthday gifts (2 days apart), I needed these within 6 days and we all know how shocking the UK postal system can be I thought I had no hope but some how Tom dispatched the hoodie within 30 minutes of ordering on Wednesday afternoon after he made sure he had stock and they arrived very next day, well packaged! Fast communication too. The quality of the hoodies are amazing, thick and fluffy, genuine merch (which again is hard to find) at amazing prices! Communication 100% Delivery 100% Quality 100% Customer satisfaction 110% Tom even messaged to make sure everything had arrived and I was happy. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Tombis a legend, so PLEASE support this small family owned business, you won't regret it :)

Sep 12,2024These guys are fantastic. Communicative and focused on customer satisfaction. The range of items they offer is fantastic. Plenty of bands to choose from and all at really fair prices. I received an email as soon as one of my items turned out to not to be in stock. Tom's a great dude, friendly, and a proper chuckle. These guys have got my custom for anything band merch related going forward. 10/10 will shop with again!!

Aug 26,2024First time for me to use iconuk. I ordered some patches but one was missing (later to find out it was my fault as it slipped under my settee). I emailed Tom within minutes I had a reply. From the moment I placed the order to the 'issue' I had tom and family were in constant contact, best customer service I have ever seen and defo buy from them again, they really have a passion for looking after their customers and their business, can't fault them.
