Mar 14,2019We have just returned from a cruise to South America and booked a side trip post cruise with Carlos Tinca to Iguassu. The arrangements from start to finish were superb. The communication initially was excellent, very quick to respond which is one of the reason I chose Carlos. He was very efficient. Everything ran like clockwork and the hotels he chose for us in Buenos Aires and Iguassu were also good. We had to change the pick up at the last minute from the cruise ship and again very very quick to respond. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending his services to friends and customers of mine.

Feb 27,2019We had a great experience booking our Iguazu Falls 3 day tour thru RipioTourismo. Much thanks to Magui Jones who help organize our tour. He was very responsive and allow us to customize a tour package and offer pick up and drop off from airport to our hotel. Landing in a foreign country, you don't know what to expect but the tour guide/driver was on time in pick up and kept an open communication constantly checking up on us to see if things were going well. We appreciate the level of care or how efficient and organize the tour company has been. We definitely recommend this tour company to anyone and we look forward to using their services again in the future. Thanks.

Feb 26,2019The full moon walk was a great experience for the entire family. It was awesome to see the devil's throat at night and without as large of a crowd (although still a fairly large group in our visit). The team was very helpful when we planned the trip, and even arranged a pickup from the airport to ensure we wouldn't miss the event (thank you Carlos!). Overall would totally recommend to anyone who happens to be in town during a full moon.

Feb 25,2019We wanted to go birding in Iguazu Falls and arranged a half day trip ahead of arrival through Carlos. It was great! We saw Toucans and over 40 different species! After several hours, including a stop for tea or water and a bun, our birding guide, Martin, took us to the park entrance. He showed us the best way to view the park - lower circuit first then the train to the upper circuit. We really appreciated seeing the falls from below before seeing them from the top. Park entrance and transport back to our hotel had been arranged by Carlos so it was a worry free experience. Our Merit Hotel in Iguazu Falls had been booked by Carlos and was reasonably priced and included a decent continental breakfast. It was a long day but well worth it! Carlos had thought of everything! Another day we changed our arrangements to the Brazil side -we visited the Bird Park (Das Aves) and a heli ride after the falls and Carlos was again very helpful on short notice. He arranged our transport back to take us to the airport for a late afternoon flight. Perfect!!

Feb 19,2019We were a party of ten persons who wanted to see Buenos Aires and Iguazu before a cruise from Ushuaia to Antarctica. Carlos organized hotels and all transport including guides for the city and Iguazu and fitted everything we wanted to see into our very tight schedule. He supported one person whose flight was late and missed our flight to Iguazu and found an alternative program for one couple who didnt have the visa for Brasil. Carlos is very responsive and was always accessible per whats app during our tour. We warmly recommend him to anyone who is planning a tour in Argentina.

Feb 18,2019Carlos helped us cram all our adventures into the three days we had at Iguazu Falls. We especially appreciated that the arranged the itinerary to see the Argentina side before going to the Brazil side. He also linked us up with professional birding guides - a highlight of the trip. Carlos was there for us practically 24 hours a day before and during the trip and was able to modify plans at the last minute. He helped find us hotels and trips within our budget, recommended various adventures, and cheerfully accommodated whenever we changed ideas. He responded immediately by email before we got to Argentina and by What's Ap while we were there. (Much appreciated when we modified our plans.) He went far beyond our expectations. I've recommended him and IguazuFalls.com to other future travellers already.

Feb 16,2019The tour to Iguazu was fantastic! William was really great and he gave us so much information that we asked for! We told him we like birds and he was very good at pointing out birds as wells as all of the animals and butterflies. We love facts and figures and he supplied them! He was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and showed us everything we could possibly see in the time we had. We were very happy with his English. He also stayed with our pace. I would definitely recommend this tour.

He arranged a one day private tour for the falls from Rio and back.We were picked up on time at Rio hotel ,helped with check in at airport, picked up by a English speaking guide and taken around the park . The Falls were magnificent and the tour made it even more amazing . We were taken back to the airport in time and then transferred back to the Rio hotel . I would recommend this company to all . Carlos kept in touch via watsapp and was always available for my questions. Don't miss the Macuco Safari !

Jan 09,2019I knew I always wanted to see Iguazu Falls so since I was in Buenos Aires and it was a short plane ride away I sought of the means to do so. I contacted Carlos Tinca at Ripio Tourismo and he put together a day that included transportation to and from airport, the plane ticket to Iguazu and a tour guide for the day. The whole day went great.My guide was experienced and spoke English. She was familiar with the park and aware of what was the best order to go through the park to avoid the crowds. She gave a great talk on the falls and was very pleasant. The falls are spectacular enough so having someone help you enjoy them without any stress was great.

Dec 27,2018This entire experience was great. From booking the tour to experiencing it, it was a simple process and a great experience. I did have a scare that the airline I was using to fly to Iguazu from Buenos Aires was going to strike, but I got a quick response from the company and they were going to refund me if the flights got cancelled! Which the airline didn't end up striking so I got to experience the coolest waterfalls I have ever seen. The tours were both great on both sides and it was very organized. The guides spoke great English and were conversational. All around great trip.

Dec 21,2018Wow, just wow. Magui Jones from RapioTurismo arranged everything and was like having an additional tour guide with us each step of the way to assure all went well. The evening we left USA, we received notice that the airline pilots declared they would be going on strike the day of our travel from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Airport. She quickly re-arranged our flight schedule to one day earlier, rearranged all of our transportation, and booked an additional night for our hotel (arriving one day earlier). As it turned out the pilots did not go on strike, but the plan had been confirmed by airline staff at AEP airport. Travel arrangements included; pick up the morning to departure from our hotel in B.A. to IGU airport; Pick up at IGU airport to take us to our hotel (our flight was late, but our driver was ready and waiting for us); pick up the next day at the hotel to be taken to the Brasil side of the falls; Return driver to our hotel; pick up the next day to return to the Argentinian side of the Falls; Return to out hotel; and when we checked out we were picked up at the hotel, taken to the airport, then picked up at the airport (AEP) and driven to our AIRBNB. All park entries were included which expedited our admission. We had Victor as our tour guide for the Brazil side, he spoke excellent English, and allowed us to take our time traversing the falls to get photos. Our group was small (6 persons) which allowed us all to interact closely during our tour. Magui checked in with us to assure drivers had arrived, that the hotel was satisfactory, offered to f/u with the airlines for lost bag (arrived the next day), and even offered her services when the tour portion of our trip was complete. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the services offered by Magui. She was truly terrific, time responsive, and made our trip so enjoyable.

The organisation, service and communictaion was very well done by Carlos and resulted in a stress free trip which we really enjoyed. The local providers were very good and we are very thankful for Carlos and his services.
