Hello guys, I really enjoyed my experience with this company. Firstly, they are very reactive by mails, friendly and helpful. Secondly, everything is organised very well (transfers, visit guide itself). I will never forget the beauty of Igazu falls. I booked this for the last night of the full moon. My plane was coming in late so Carlos organised a driver to pick me up from the airport, who then dropped off my luggage at the hotel and then we went to the falls. I love walking of a night and my first introduction to the falls was a full moon walk. It was a perfect night and the bilingual guides ensured we got all the information on the falls we wanted. This was a walk i will never forget. Thank you Carlos and team for ensuring i got there. I highly recommend this company as they go the extra mile for their guests.

We went on the Moonlight tour of Iguazu Falls which was fantastic. We booked last minute on this very popular tour and received prompt and friendly service, communication was easy and accommodating, and in the end we were able to reserve two spots. The driver picked us up on time at our hotel and also dropped us off with zero issue. The views of Iguazu Falls on a clear moonlit night are a true wonder and if you are lucky enough to be in Iguazu during a full moon when there is also no cloud cover don't sleep on this experience.

Everything went very well with our 3 day/two night Iguazu trip. All transfers, pickups were on time, drivers were careful and courteous and bus was comfortable. The Panoramic was an excellent hotel and our room was plenty large enough for the three adults in our party. We would particularly like to commend our guide Carina who showed us the Argentinian side of the falls. She was very informative and her knowledge of the park, its flora and fauna added to our appreciation of the environment. Her English skills were also very fluent. We added the boat ride and loved the thrill of the experience. Thank you for organising such a great trip.

We were rained out for the full moon tour and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we had a great Iguazú Falls experience and scheduled us for the boat tour the following day instead of just refunding the fee for the cancelled tour. His communication and follow up was stellar.

Iguazu Falls was breathtaking but what really made the trip great was the coordination done on the part of our travel planner, Carlos. He took care of every detail from pickup and transfer, air reservations and park tickets...even food. He checked in with me every step of the way to make sure things worked out. This was a bucket list trip, and Carlos made it great!

Hi Carlos, Both trips went really well, the futbal was exciting, Iguazu was stunning. Our hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff pleasant. All services and pick ups were on time, and our guides were knowledgeable and interesting. Having everything organised from hotel and back takes away all the anxieties in a country where we are unable to speak the language! Our thanks to you for organising our trips, Well done. The service provided was very professional. They were open to listen to my requests and arrange the trip according to my needs. The tour guides were very nice and offer a wide explanation of the history place. The falls were amazing. The hotel (La Cantera Lodge) was very good too. Everything was set to have a very good vacation. Carlos (my travel agent) was closely following up on how the services were going, which really make me feel confident and secure about the trip. I will definitely recommend them and will be happy to travel with them again.

Great trip. My plane arrived a little late and the staff helped to schedule my tour in a later group. The guide picked me up at the hotel on time and explained a lot of fun facts about Iguazú on our way to the park. He also gave me many useful tips which made my trip easy and fun. Very friendly staff with a lot of care.

Great Solo Experience All Around, from the flights (LATAM), Hotel (Aguas do Iguacu) and especially the tour company (Ripioturismo) that I used. Carlos was so helpful with all emails and questions, the drivers/tour guides were prompt, courteous and pleasant even though not all of them spoke English, definitely helped me feel safe and well taken care of as it I was travelling solo and didn't speak the native languages, and the price was so reasonable when comparing to other tour companies. Would definitely recommend the tour company.

I used Ripio Turismo when I traveled to Foz do Iguacu and Puerto Iguazu. I was amazed with how flexible the company was! Flying into Foz do Iguacu my flight was diverted due to bad weather, so I had to be bused in. Carlos at Ripio Turismo was super awesome at making sure I would be picked up and safely taken to my hotel. He checked in to make sure I got there safely even though it was late at night when I arrived. They made it easy to personalize my trips itinerary and adjusted it to fit both my wishes and the weather. My only issue was that I didn't always know what was going to be next on my itinerary and that when I was planning the trip initially some activities had been offered only to find out that they were not available during the time I would be traveling. Overall, I was very happy with the group and would recommend it to people who don't want to stress about creating their own itinerary. Thanks Ripio Turismo!

The experience with this company has been very good. I contracted a completed packet to visit Iguazú and everything worked with precision and with a very good personal attention. They try to make your stay in Iguazú the best as possible. I recommend it!
