Jun 23,2017I think I put the wrong house number on delivery and emailed them for help. They tired to ring Royal Mail to sort it for me! Fortunately my neighbor was lovely and I got them from her. And to top it all off I got a little bottle of wine/champagne saying enjoy! And everything was wrapped in tissue paper! Will be using again!

Jun 21,2017I have used Imagine DIY for many years now, from using their papers and embellishments to make my handmade cards, to dressing my artist bears with their beautiful lace and decorative items . I love all their many products and now that I am making my son and future daughter-in-laws wedding stationery, I have used Imagine DIY again, to be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase what was needed. My parcel arrived within the time stated but unfortunately there were items missing. Sam was very courteous and apologetic and the missing items were sent out that day. Wonderful service! I really cannot praise them highly enough! Angela :)

Jun 19,2017I really like the envelope! It's perfect for my wedding invitations, however several of the envelopes had marks or rough paper edges. Also one of the envelopes appears to have been put together incorrectly / up side down. This meant that there are a few of the envelopes that I cannot use. I am going to have to actually order more now because I am short. I would like to speak to the sender before making this order though.
