I emailed in and they are sending out the correct lace today and have said I can keep the incorrect lace as a gesture of goodwill. Fantastic service, very speedy posting and response times to my email, was all very easy and pain free which can sometimes not be the case with bigger companies. Will 100% be using again in the immediate future.
