The items I buy quite simply add a touch of class, beauty and elegance I haven't found all in one place anywhere else. My designs would not be the same without their products. Each time I receive a delivery it is beautifully packaged, nothing is ever wrong or missing. I shall remain a loyal customer.

Mar 27,2017I order a lot from imagine and when I do it's usually delivered on time and correct in contents. My only issue though is stock levels. Items I order regularly are often out of stock and when they are out of stock it can be for weeks/months at a time. I've often had to look else where which incurs additional cost (due to my trade discount with imagine) which then impacts on my profit as I cannot pass price creases onto my customers, it's not fair. If this can be rectified then my orders would increase as it's easier to order from one place than several!

Mar 28,20174 star due to the fact that stock is very hit and miss. I think they need a new stock taker! Other than that, they are one my favorite suppliers
