Jan 21,2025I'm editing my initial review because they just infact finally paid me, but after numerous attempts to get the money paid out and I took a lesser amount to test the process one more time. I initiated the withdrawal in the morning Pacific Standard time and now it's after 6pm and my withdrawal was just deposited into my account, so it was that easy, could be that quick, so why it was such a hassle I don't know. Not the worst for RTP. Might need a poopy review to get their butts in gear but play here or don't depends on your level of patience.

Jan 17,2025They won’t let you cash out, it’s a big scam. You can deposit money but when you want to withdrawal they have cash out limits. What the actual f* is that? When you win they want to check out your games. Takes 2 weeks to review and then they know you already lost your money, scam casino.

Jan 17,2025Immerion is a good shout if you're looking for a free online casino with a good selection of games. The cashback feature is cool, and I've had some wins. I can't complain too much about the slow withdrawals, I guess that's the price you pay for security. It's worth checking out.

Jan 12,2025Scam casino. If you win, your withdrawals will be blocked while they "investigate" the win. They say it will take weeks or longer, so they basically can hold your money indefinitely. Slot constantly crash during bonus rounds too. Only deposit here if you feel your life is short on frustration because frustration is all you'll get here. I have screenshot and proof of everything here and will be uploading across other platforms. Be informed, read the REAL reviews.

I only tried to withdraw twice, the first time in November 24, there was a problem with my provider....moved on, continued to deposit and play won a good amount went to withdraw on the 27/12/24 and the game provider wants to review my game session, temporarily blocking all withdrawals..I have never had any trouble withdrawing on any other site and I understand they need to check you have met wagering requirements, however....I wasn't wagering as I had cancelled the bonus!! Feel i have done the right thing. Please Read all reviews to make an informed decision before creating an account, nothing more gutting than having deserved, won fairly winnings being lost.

Dec 31,2024Worst online casino - stuck since 5th of December. Been with immerion over 6 months, first 2-3 months been ok, withdrawal becomes longer and longer waiting time. Won and lost is one of the process. Now last withdrawal cancelled without any explanation, not until I asked and followed up. Immerion blame the "game provider" need to investigate my gaming session "ybets.net" which I found very strange. Immerion is only a platform "not" the actual gaming provider. Now the absurd of it all is "they claim" , "they cannot provide any gaming session history", is the gaming provider whom have the last day, they can actually say "your winning void"...now is not much only €728 lost more than won for sure. I filed a complaint with Curacao egaming hope to get it solved. Immerion also disabled the support chat. Sent several emails to support but without any reply or recipient of my ticket - DONT WIN if you win don't expect they will pay fair, they come up with several reasons not paying out/able to withdraw. Support sucks too, email no response, very very difficult to get things solved or escalate. The support said it takes 14 days or could takes even longer (how long several months, years?!!) Is unacceptable, I deposit with immerion, played on your platform and won fair and square in the bonus round....now this unprofessionally saying can't provide gaming session?! Is this even legal clients can't access the gaming session?

I have been waiting for them for 3 weeks for supposedly technical support, so far I have not had an answer. The chat support is the same story, they send me the same text.
