Oct 28,2024Haven’t received my second withdrawal in 11 days. I did 2 withdrawals. First one were October 16. (920€), second one October 17. (630€) First one, which was the first withdrawal from immerion, arrived my bank account October 21. It showed "Completed" already at October 18, but there was weekend and the funds arrived my bank account on monday morning. How ever I contacted support several times and they told different story everytime. Someone said the funds has already left their site and other that there is some problem and they are still pending. Now they’ve been telling that the second withdrawal has been sped up for several days. They just say it has been left from their site but there might be a delay in RARE cases. But its been almost 12 days. I’ve seen others has the same problem after the first succesful withdrawal…

Oct 03,2024Being told my withdrawal has completed and it awaiting my bank to accept which isnt True. My bank has no recollection of the payment due at all. Aside from this the casino is great really good choice of games. Really wish this withdrawal was sorted then I'd come an give it 5 stars. Update: the withdrawals finally arrived just the only downside to this casino is the length of time the withdrawals take but aside from that still worth playing at

Sep 07,2024Major technical problems especially with payouts. My first withdrawal attempt was canceled after more than 10 days of waiting. After much trouble I received the money after 2 weeks. It is not acceptable and I can not recommend this casino. As for the casino itself, they have all the games like most other casinos, the navigation is ok, and the casino support staff is polite and quick to respond.

Sep 05,2024Utter scam. They refuse to payout winnings or reply to emails. Luckily, I only deposited a small amount and winnings of approx. £230 are not being paid. Stay away.

Aug 26,2024Update after 5 days i got my money i think is better for them to say take 3 working days 4 days gone no withdrawal I had an withdrawl that i got after 3 days was delay due to tehnical issue ,understand ,after in the same day o got it i requested anothe 350 ,they said again to wait up to 24h ,then second day again they need more time to verify ,then the 3rd day today 26th they say tehnical issue again like the first time evry day they say diffrent thinks, i will have to think again if i want to make another deposit because each time you want ur winnings it seems to be a problem all the time ,so not sure why they dont say to the ppl take up to 72h to process,but when u ask they day tehnical issue ,hope they give me my withdrawl
