Nov 28,2024Ich habe seit drei Wochen bei Immerion gespielt, über 15.000 CHF eingezahlt und vor zwei Tagen etwa 13.000 CHF gewonnen. Als ich versuchte, auszuzahlen, wurde mein Konto jedoch auf null gesetzt, und meine Auszahlungsversuche wurden storniert. Nachdem ich zunächst den Live-Manager und dann per E-Mail den VIP-Manager kontaktiert hatte, erhielt ich nach 36 Stunden die Antwort, dass ich angeblich verspielt hätte. Zudem erhielt ich eine merkwürdige E-Mail, in der mir gedroht wurde, meine Daten zu verbreiten, falls ich nicht 500 CHF auf ein Bitcoin-Konto einzahle. Die IP-Adresse dieser E-Mail war auffällig ähnlich mit der von Immerion. Als ich versuchte, den Live-Chat zu nutzen, wurde ich blockiert. Ich möchte alle Spieler aus der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich warnen: Da Immerion keine Lizenz in diesen Ländern hat, ist der Vertrag nichtig. Ich empfehle, Anzeige zu erstatten und sich nicht von solchen Casinos, die in Malta oder Curaçao lizenziert sind, betrügen zu lassen. I've asked numerous times for my withdrawal it's the same answer all the time it's a technical issue the website states 24hr withdrawal fake advertisement. I'm also on beyond standard platform, never had any issue with withdrawal and the returns are quite high

Nov 15,2024After leading me on for a month, telling me my $900 would be reimbursed since they put an unwarranted $3300 wager requirement on my account they were in fact lying. I sent a msg to the Curaçao Gaming Board 3 days ago telling them what happened to me and that many other people left reviews after dealing with similar circumstances. Now the site is offline. Sucks to lose $900USD but at least no one else will fall victim to these theives

Nov 09,2024people, please don't play here, it's a scam, the payout takes 5 or more days, the support still says that it will give you a bonus and does nothing. if you want to delete the account, support will tell you that it's fine but nothing will happen... verification. respect lasts 10 days… half of the games don't work… please people don't play that casino !!!!!!!

But after I won more with new deposits they don't want to cash out my money and from one to another day verification and 'Provider requests' to control.. They make advertising with no verification and instant/anonym playing but if you win a lot of thousand Dollar they scam and they look for excuses..! Don't play in this casino!!!

They have a good range of games, i have read the reviews about slow withdrawals so i will update this when i receive mine but i have made my 1st withdrawal today 31st october with a 48 hour processing time to my bank. Username jays88 Update- 6 hours after i requested a withdrawal it was declined due to issue with payment provider and the money i tried to withdraw not returned to my account. Sort it out immerion ! Update - now trying to withdraw by skrill will update when i get my withdrawal.

Nov 01,2024Well i think we all get scammed. I am lucky that i win and get few withdrawals, arround 1600eur was processed very fast to Skrill. Today i win 500 eur and after i try to withdraw these winnings - it shows now processing.. I have all screenshots what support tells. One support agent tellning that it will be proceed shortly, next one telling that 24/48 hours. I will update this if i get my winnings. Today they canceled my withdraw and asked to send some documents, credit card, passport, photo with passport in front of immerion website. Thats crazy. Verify can be at 10 working days. Update: still nothing just lies as always. KYC already 10 days, no answer from these scammers.
