I've read several reviews about Imparture failing to provide refunds. I was a top-rated trainer for Imparture for a few years. They stiffed me as well. Over $4 K USD was never paid for my training and time. They close the company and started a new one EXACTLY like the old one. I'd like to offer any of you free classes that YOU SHOULD have had. I attended the Imparture Social Media Marketing Immersive course in July 2019. It was an informative course that I would recommend (though I understand that they are no longer occurring). However, I have emailed on multiple occasions in an effort to obtain the materials covered in the course and have yet to receive anything! This is ridiculous considering the price of the course. If anyone has the materials from this course or knows of someone I could contact to obtain them, please let me know!

Would anyone from Imparture care to comment on the refund situation? it’s been fully 6 weeks since you responded to my review stating that I could expect to hear regarding a refund “shortly”. I am over £1,000 out of pocket since you took my money in December 2019 for a course that never happened. How is it possible that a seemingly respectable company just shuts its doors, takes its website offline and becomes incommunicado overnight? Despite ceasing trading in December, You took the time to respond to people’s reviews and tell them refunds would be issued. So what is happening? Give us a contact we c an use to find out what is happening??

We booked training for an employee with this company (and paid for it) but after a reschedule (on their side) they stopped communicating with us & didn't give us any information about the course venue, timings etc. They did not answer the phones or reply to emails. It was only now thanks to other Trustpilot reviews that we just discovered that that the company had closed. No communication from them, no refund, no apology. Very poor. Now seeking a refund through the bank.

I registered and paid ($1,745.00 US) for a 2-day Social Media Marketing Immersion Course offered by Imparture in August of 2019. The in-person course was scheduled to begin in September. However, a week before the course was due to start, I received an email from Imparture stating that they needed to reschedule due to poor attendance. Referenced below. “Unfortunately, we have had to take the difficult decision to postpone the workshop as we have not reached the minimum required number of attendees. Whilst we like to keep our class sizes small (between 4-14 delegates), with so few in attendance, we knew your learning experience would be negatively affected and the exercises and debates just wouldn't be the same! We are sorry to disappoint you and hope we can work together to find a suitable solution to ensure your training needs are met.” I agreed to take the course in October, but they claimed they never received a confirmation email from me (which I later forwarded as proof,) and that it was too late to add me to the October session. After a lot of back and forth emails with Training Advisor, Rana, I was scheduled and received a confirmation email for the January 22-23, 2020 course in Washington, DC. I was later told by Rana via email that I would receive a "welcome email" with the location details 2 weeks prior to the scheduled course. That email never came. I have since sent 5 follow-up emails requesting location information and never received a reply from them. I called their US and UK offices and waited in the auto-attendant queue for over an hour on multiple occasions trying to get someone on the phone to no avail. I checked their website and it no longer exists. I am requesting that a full refund be issued to the credit card used to pay for the course in the amount of $1,745 US dollars. If I don't hear back from someone by close of business on February 7, 2020, I will file a complaint with the credit card company. Respectfully, Dani Roach

Do not book with this company!! I booked a digital marketing e-course and only managed to attend one session before I received an email to say that Imparture has ceased trading and is discontinuing all future training courses. I was also told that their accounts team will be in touch shortly... One month on and I still haven’t had a refund :( Absolutely gutted!! Does anyone have any advice about how I can claim my money back?

This training company is a joke. They spam your emails and are very quick to take your money but then go silent when your course is due. I received an email when the course was booked stating they would be in touch 2 weeks prior with the venue address and the timings for the 2 day course, however I was due to attend my course today with no information, not even to inform me if it has been cancelled or not or even rescheduled. I have tried emailing and calling but there is no response and you are put on hold until you get fed up and hang up. I have also tried going on their website but it appears to be down now for over a week. I find this extremely unprofessional, luckily this course was paid for on a credit card or else I don't think there would have been a chance of getting the money back that has been wasted on them.

I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. EDIT (01/24/2020): The reply to this review below is the only communication I have had from Imparture. Imparture representative, If you're reading this, please send instructions on how I should proceed to receive a refund. Thank you.

I loved learning all of the in's and outs of all the major social media sites. Our instructor Kristin was amazing and new exactly what she was talking about. She made sure to learn about our companies and see how things would relate to us specifically.

Imparture training was two days of intensive, hands-on exercises I can take back to my office and show immediate value. I took the Google Analytics Immersive course, which covered Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio as well - and I'm so glad it did. Learning these tools quickly upped my knowledge, I highly recommend this course.

Positive: 1. The course was delivered by an experienced digital PM who have been in this industry for a long time. 2. The pace of this course is managed very well. 3. The interactive exercises are well designed. Negative: 1. The course material was only made available from email a week after the completion of course, whilst in the introduction it said within 24 hours. 2. Personally feel it should cover more B2B or enterprise-orientated use cases and areas.

Undertook a google analytics course. Our trainer Rupert was enthusiastic and taught well, answered questions thoroughly and gave insight where he could. Was beneficial for me as i have not used GA much. Would definitely consider Imparture for future courses. Only negative was the class was quite full, would be better if we had less people.

The training received was excellent. Rupert was very knowledgeable and found out answers to questions that he couldn't answer straight away. The group was a bit big (12) to actually have had enough time to do any in depth insight into our own GA accounts.
