At the appointed time,the order is always correct to what I’ve ordered ,if it’s in stock then it’s exactly that in stock! Nov 12,2023Good selection of products, poor customer service. I had a faulty product in my order that they said didn't have warranty. I then replied explaining the situation and they totally ignored me. Wont be using again and have relayed this information to fellow detailers. Real shame people are willing to lose customers for such easily rectified situations. Reply to seller: this could have been discussed via email, however you never replied to me, only sent me details of someone to contact, my contract is with you guys, as i purchased from you, asking me to contact someone else seemed a-bit of cheap way out. The pad was used on 2 panels, never have i seen a pad delaminate like this after such little used, especially a £15 lake country pad. It’s disappointing i had to leave a review to get a thought out, professional reply.
