As a regular customer of in2detailing I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service when a foam lance I had purchased from the company went faulty only just over a month after purchasing and only 2 uses (item had to be used in order to identify the fault, so an item being “used” can’t be an excuse to not refund). After emailing customer service to try rectify this issue the most that was offered was a repair of a faulty item which I was not very keen on as I know this would mean it would most likely become faulty again in the near future with even less chance of rectifying the issue. I kindly asked for a refund of this item which I was refused - this should never be the case when an item is faulty so soon after purchase and especially when a loyalty customer that has spent 100’s and potentially was going to spend 1000’s with you has raised a genuine issue. Despite the good selection of products I will not be returning as a customer as there is no safety when purchasing a faulty item from this company and the poor customer service for a loyal customer has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Stay away from this company if you intend to purchase anything that could possibly arrive with a fault as you will not be greeted by good news from customer service. Further to this I will be ensuring that the many family/friends and customers I used to once recommend this company to, I shall now be telling to stay far away from this company, in order to ensure they do not ever lose out on money from a faulty product which should not be the customers issue and instead should be the supplier or in this case in2detailings issue. This is a company that would be happy to provide items free of charge to reviewers on youtube but when a loyal paying customer has an issue they will not rectify it, absolutely abysmal customer service and no integrity for allowing this customer issue to go unresolved - massively regret every single purchase I have made from this money grabbing company but I will ensure my experience is shared to all my detailing customers that ask where they should purchase products from. In response to the reply below: How else would one know an item is faulty without using it? I have only ever used Bilt hamber touchless in my foam lances which is what a foam lance is built for, snow foam. The fact I have been accused of somehow causing this problem instead of accepting that there is a fault in the product you have supplied shows you have very poor customer service and are not willing to resolve issues - offering a repair of a faulty item could be considered fair in the case of a moderately/heavily used item but in this case it has only been just over a month with only 2 uses. For you to refuse a refund based off your incorrect inclination is absurd. The fact you suggest using the lance once without issues and then the fault developing the 2nd time means the fault developed as a result of my use is wild. I have used another MJJC lance for over a year the exact same way with the exact same product without any issue so this proves this specific product this specific occasion is faulty. It likes driving a brand new car from the dealership home and then when starting the car up the next day the engine coolant is leaking and when you ask your dealership to resolve the issue they blame you and say it was fine when you purchased it - business does not work like that and if someone has paid hard earned money for a faulty product it becomes your responsibility to rectify the issue. Please operate with integrity and good business moral instead of this money grabbing mentality you so clearly have.

Great place to get all your detailing bits from! super quick delivery as well I also had to contact them and they responded quickly and was very helpful and professional on my last order they even gave me freebie I do use a few other companies also but my last order was from here as I think this is a better service so will definitely be placing lots more orders here! The gloss ceramic spray was easy to apply and wipe over and had left a fantastic shine that really shows off the pearl specks. I ould fully recommend. Speedy delivery too!

This is the easiest ceramic coating I have used. I had to do my car outside, But it wasn’t a problem. It leaves a nice shine and gives some added depth to my cars black paint. I would recommend using Carpro release an hour after coating to give the coating a bit of protection until it’s fully cured.

In2detailing are an excellent Company with great customer service and nothing is too much trouble for them to sort out if needed. They sell great products at very reasonable prices and their delivery is always quick and efficient. I would highly recommend you use them for your car detailing needs.

I had a very disappointing experience with In2detailing. I ordered five litres of Bilt Hamber Auto-Wheel in December last year while it was on sale, as it's an excellent product that I use regularly. Recently, I opened the bottle and found the product was unusable. I contacted In2detailing twice by email, but it's been over two weeks and I've not received a reply. Now, I'll have to wait another six weeks to reach the 8-week requirement before I can lodge a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman and have my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 enforced. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to others. Update in response to In2detailing: Emails were sent on 13 May 2024 and 20 May 2024 to your sales email address. Order number 90806. I work full time and don't have time to phone when you're open, plus I like to have things in writing in case incorrect information - such as not having emailed you - is suggested. I note there was no offer of a resolution either. More poor customer service. Update 2: Yes, unfortunately, it does appear that we will go back and forth since you can't find my order although I've given the order number and you're saying that the emails I sent haven't been received. The email address I used was the one in your emails and on your website. Sales at in2detailing.co.uk (Trust Pilot doesn't allow links.) The product was of a consistency that is unusable. Instead of being a sprayable liquid, it was a thick gel. I've bought this product from you before without issue. Update 3: I can return the product this weekend. Since the goods are faulty, I shouldn't lose out financially. Can you confirm whether you'll arrange collection or reimburse me for the cost of return?

Slit in seal of my bottle of wheel cleaner and had to wait 5 days for the dreadful delivery service. Might just be a one off, but bad experience.

Useless Courier, good service. As the title suggests, I placed an order for a few hundred pounds. The courier couldn’t be bothered to attempt delivery and took it immediately to the post-office. Only half my delivery was scanned in. This resulted in 2 journeys to the post office, taking well over an hour of my time. While I understand in2detailing are not responsible directly, their choice of courier is - and no compensation was offered.

I purchased a 10 mtr replacement hose for my Karcher. As others have said best price around for the quality and no kinks. Great communication too. Buy one you won’t regret it. This shop is my first stop now.
