Dec 23,2024I really must commend Irish Pharmacy. I received an incorrect product and I received a full refund. I didn't ask for a refund or expect to receive it but the amount was fully refunded. Very much appreciated this gesture and I will use this service again.

Aug 30,2024I recently ordered 6x Lutein Omega 3 for AMD 60 Capsules(Order #IPY1081237) for my elderly father. He informed me of the very short best before date on this medication particularly when we ordered 6 packs. We were wondering if we could exchange these for same with a longer best before date. Response: This product has 7 months expiry left as it expires end of March 2025. We are sorry we do not have any stock available with a longer shelf life. If you wish to return some of the packs for a refund then please send them to Inish Pharmacy. This is at our expense. 7 months is a very short best before date particularly when we bought a year supply of this medication. One would think it at least helpful if there was a check/notification of the very short expiration date when ordering. Caveat emptor!
